Munnu (Yudhishtir) and Pappu (Aslam Khan) is son of a rich businessman. They are commonly addressed as PM. Millie (Nauheed Cyrusi) and Julie (Nisha Rawal), also belong to the upper crust of society and are popular as MJ. A series of events happen and PM and MJ are forced to get married. Both of them do not know whom they are getting married to.
To escape marriage, the brother and the sister pairs run from home. On the way they meet each other. With continuous meetings, romance blossoms between them. The romance is highlighted by a number of love songs, composed by Lalit Pandit. The twist in story comes when Munnu and Pappu knows that these are the same girls with whom their parents had fixed the marriage.
The movie, Raffoo Chakkar, also has more confusion for the viewers. The brothers also get into another problem after they meet KK sisters. KK sisters are rich and their father wants them to get married before they turn 45. If KK sisters are not married, all the property will go to the trust. The trust is taken care of by Hansmukh (Shakti Kapoor) and Dilkhush (Sadashiv Amrapurkar).
Then a series of hilarious events follows as PM Brothers plan to murder KK so that they can marry MJ sisters. This movie guarantees complete entertainment.
