It is hard to imagine Bollywood without the numerous controversies and scandals that are created by the media almost every day. Controversies in Bollywood include a number of issues such as plagiarism; illicit relationships between stars, actors caught doing illegal activities and several other matters. Bollywood has always been closely linked with some controversy or the other and today media makes big money out of the controversial stories of stars and film makers. Controversies in Bollywood are generally blown out of proportion by certain media houses in order to capture the attention of the audiences. India is a country that eats, drinks and sleep movies and when a controversy regarding their favorite Bollywood star arises, they are more than quick to take notice. These days it has become quite common among stars and actors to surround themselves with controversies just before the release of their latest film.
